" Mayor Bob Filner will address the Hillcrest Town Council (HTC) at the group's first meeting of the year, taking place tonight at 6:30 pm.
HTC representatives say that the mayor will speak about his vision for neighborhoods and that there will be an opportunity for participants to ask questions or voice their concerns directly to Filner.
